Bangkok Pattaya Hospital,established in June 23rd,1990, located inthe beautiful resort, Chonburi, Pattaya, east coast of Thailand. Bangkok Hospital Pattaya is part of the Bangkok Hospital Group, is one of the 30 medical centers under the operation and management Bangkok DUSIT, as well as the major referral hospital.

Since establishment in 1990, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya has been growing gradually. We are able to provide 400 beds and conduct all the diagnostic and treatment services thus we have grown into a specialized medical center.

Our Heart Department: This department is equipped with special diagnostic tools to analyze heart and heart conditions thoroughly, including two characterized laboratories for coronary angiography to detect blocked arteries around the heart; cardiac electrophysiology (EP) cardiac radiofrequency (RF) ablation therapy equipment and instrument. We can perform coronary artery bypass surgery without the use of artificial heart-lung machine.

We are the first hospital in the east coast of Thailand to have these large medical equipments.

We have also established a number of well-known medical centers, such as our brain and neuro science centers, emergency medical service center, beauty center, dermatology and cosmetic surgery center, and minimally invasive spine surgery center and so on.

In the past 20 years, we are constantly striving to become a first class hospital. We have recruited more than 100 full-time specialists, invested in modern high-tech medical equipment to help experts make an accurate diagnosis, and help them formulate the best treatment for patients. These initiatives also include MRI scan, 128-slice CT scan, OCT scan (retinal tomography), PACS (picture archiving and communication systems) and   Full Electronic Medical Records.

More importantly, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya area extended from 5 acres to 9 acres (from 20,800 square meters to 36,800 square meters) in order to create a more convenient, more comfortable environment for our customers. We have built a new 15-storey building next to the original building body after 2006.

Along the advancement of our hospitals, Pattaya is constantly developing soundly. Pattaya is a world-renowned tourist destination and home of "retirement destination."

Every year a large number of international tourists come to Pattaya for visit (40% are our patients). Bangkok Pattaya Hospital provides interpretation services, covering more than 20 different languages, assisting communication between the patient and the medical staff, medical insurance claims, contacting the embassy and some other referral services. Our hospital also provides cultural and language training courses for staff to ensure that they understand the differences between different countries, cultures and improve language skills, providing best service for international patients. Of course, we also serve patients in Thailand, providing the same high quality standards and medical technology.

Bangkok Hospital Pattaya has passed ISO 9002 quality system certification in 1997 (updated to ISO 9001: 2000 quality system certification), and at the same year, the hospital was officially recognized as the best provider of goods and services in the field of foreign service. Bangkok Hospital Pattaya was the third hospital which was  awarded this honor. With the continuous development of the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, we have won the Asian Hospital Management Award in three consecutive years from 2004 to 2006.
